All I can say is, holy cow! 50 grams of protein per serving! The average protein shake has about 20 - 24 grams of protein a serving. I don’t know about you, but I sometimes find it hard to get my needed amount of protein per day. For bodybuilding purposes, 1.5 grams times your body weight is the suggested amount to intake daily. Since I weigh 185 lbs, I need roughly 277 grams a day. Having a protein shake packed with 50 grams of protein will help me reach that goal a lot easier. I tried chocolate flavored Monster Milk. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I would give Monster Milk a 10. The cost of a 2.22 lbs container of Monster Milk is pretty comparable to other protein powders. The down fall of Monster Milk is that although it has 50 grams of protein per serving, a 2.22 lbs container only holds 12 servings. So in the long run, you will probably spend more money on this protein product than on other protein products like the ones that I have already mentioned in this blog. But with all that said, if you are struggling to find a great tasting protein shake, search no further, Monster Milk tastes awesome!
